Starting today

Someone please hold me accountable to this! I need all the help I can get.

Starting today, I will be working out at least every weekday. I have GOT to do something to kick start the diet. Actually have been dieting some for the last 2 weeks and am down 5 lbs but it seems Im stuck and wont lose anymore. So, Im going to start my workout videos back up today and hope to continue them everyday and at least ride several days a week

Have you worked out today? Even just taking the kids on a walk up and down the block for 45 minutes would help! Also, yoga is really good. It builds strength, which keeps your metabolism up longer.
I could recommend a couple DVDs if you want.

hey you will do it! If i need to call and get you up early I will!!!!!! If you ride like you say you are you will drop weight and now that it is warming up that will help also.... Just doing something is the first step. And when you see results you will continue to work at it.

awe .. yall rock! Yesterday I was busy with stuff all day around the house. Today I got up at 7 and got ready for my job interview and then came home to mow the yard (push mowed) and now Im home getting stuff gathered up for Tanner to go stay at Marks parents and then I have more housework to do

WTW ~ Call me every morning to get my butt up out of bed! Or, just add on a room to yalls house and we'll be moving there, lol I can be the babysitter and Mark can help Cowboy Steve
